Citizen Project introduced its new feature: a team of safety experts who are instantly available for each unclear or stressful situation and are prepared to help the user immediately. The Citizen app allows contacting the Protect Agent to send emergency responders, guide you to a safe place, and alert the nearby Citizen users. By enabling the Protect mode, the user can shake the phone several times to be connected with the Agent and run the AI-driven Distress Detection, which identifies sounds that indicate trouble.
