FedEx received the first five electric light commercial vehicles (eLCVs), produced by electric logistics and delivery business BrightDrop. The new zero-tailpipe-emissions vehicles are powered by the Ultium battery platform, can drive up to 250 miles at full charge offering more than 600ft3 of the cargo area. FedEx is expanding its charging infrastructure in order to support the new vehicle technology. Read more
